Consultation has concluded

Leduc County has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw 7-08. The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to amend Section 9.16.3 of the Genesee Power Project Overlay District to add the Information Service land use to the list of Permitted Uses to accommodate additional business development opportunities. Information Service means a facility engaged in producing and distributing information in a digital or printed format and includes data processing, library services and archives, publishing and printing services.

A public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber of the Leduc County Administrative Office, 101-1101 5 St, Nisku AB T9E 2X3, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:45 p.m. during the regular Council meeting. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person Council agrees to hear from
