OUTCOME OF PUBLIC HEARING

The reserve designations were removed by Council at the public hearing on Dec. 12, 2023.

PURSUANT to the authority of Leduc County Council as provided in Section 674 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the intention of Council to remove the Municipal Reserve designation from the properties legally described as:

  • Plan 752 0436, Block 3, Lot R8 Roll 6310100 located at 606 18 Ave, Nisku
  • Plan 792 0781, Block 3, Lot 9MR Roll 6310110 located at 608 18 Ave, Nisku
  • Plan 752 0436, Block 3, Lot R16 Roll 6310180 located at 609 19 Ave, Nisku
  • Plan 752 0436, Block 3, Lot R17 Roll 6310190 located at 605 19 Ave, Nisku

All of the properties are zoned Industrial.

A public hearing on the proposed removal of municipal reserve designation will be held at the regular Council meeting on Dec. 12, 2023 at 2 p.m. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person Council agrees to hear from.

This public hearing will provide the public with the opportunity to express their opinions to Council regarding the use of these properties.
