ABOUT THE PROJECT
Leduc County is proud to offer recreation, parks and cultural activities that provide value to our residents and help to create physically, socially and emotionally healthy communities. We offer recreation programs throughout the year, partner with local halls and societies on community-led events and maintain several parks and open spaces for our residents to use and enjoy.
We also have recreation cost-sharing agreements in place with five municipal partners — the City of Beaumont, the City of Leduc, the Town of Calmar, the Town of Thorsby and the Village of Warburg. These agreements allow our residents to access recreation services in the partner municipalities, including arenas, pools, athletic fields, recreation programs and libraries.
We want to learn about the recreation, sport and cultural activities of our East Vistas residents so we can continue to develop programs that meet the needs of your community. We want to know the types of activities you and your family participate in, how often and where you travel to participate in those activities.
Sharing this information with us will help us understand current trends and how we can better serve the community in the future.
EAST VISTAS RECREATION SURVEY
If you live in Royal Oaks, Diamond Estates, Lukas Estates, Churchill Meadows or Irvine Creek, we want to hear from you!
Our anonymous survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and the feedback you share will help inform future programs and events. The survey is open from Sept. 8 to 25, and results will be shared with the community in October 2026.
