What is the 2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey?

This survey is an essential and anonymous public participation tool to learn more about resident sentiment and input on a variety of municipal programs and services that contribute to a quality of life people are proud of in Leduc County.

Why is the County doing a citizen satisfaction survey?

Typically, Leduc County hosts a citizen satisfaction survey every two years to gain a better understanding of matters that are important to all residents. Survey results are anonymous and act as a resource for decision making on a myriad of County-related documents, methods and frequency of communication, programs, service levels and future planning and direction.

    Who can participate?

The 2026 Leduc County Citizen Satisfaction Survey is designed to reach every household (homeowners, renters/tenants) by providing a unique PIN code to access the secure, online survey. Hard copies are also available in place of participating online should residents have limited or no Internet access and/or prefer to participate through a written submission.

    Is the survey anonymous?

Yes! We are only interested in your feedback; not your personal information.

Why should County residents participate in the survey?

This survey is a premier opportunity to share their input on an array of topics, from methods and frequency of communication to the public and public engagement opportunities, to County programs, services and projects that support resident priorities; all with the goal of enriching the lives of County citizens.

What will Leduc County do with the survey results?

Survey results are a valuable resource for County decision and policy makers as the information can influence important projects, documents and processes designed to support County residents.

If someone owns a business within Leduc County but resides outside of the County, can they participate in the survey?

The citizen satisfaction survey is available to Leduc County residents only. We have other opportunities for County businesses to share their feedback. Businesses are always encouraged to reach out to our County Economic Development Team by emailing ecdev@leduc-county.com or visit our business website (leduccountybusiness.com). The County’s Economic Development team is also available Monday to Friday during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at the Business and Entrepreneur Centre (BEC) located at 606 18 Ave. in Nisku.

    How can people participate?

Every Leduc County household will receive an official County letter by mail containing a unique PIN code and website address to access the secure citizen satisfaction survey online. Hard copies are available for residents who have limited or no Internet access. One PIN code is provided per household. Property owners with rentals are asked to provide the necessary information to their tenants. Should any homeowner not receive their letter by Feb. 13, 2026, please email LeducCountySurvey@leger360.com or call 780-423-0708 to obtain your unique PIN code or to have a hard copy mailed to you, including a pre-paid return envelope.

Can a household have more than one PIN code if others in the home want to participate?

It’s one PIN code or hard copy her household. Survey results are measured against the most recent survey hosted in 2023. Benchmarking results is an essential process when gauging improvements to programs, services and processes since the last survey was conducted. Previous citizen satisfaction surveys were one submission per household and it’s important to maintain this process so that we can compare the data.

Can more than one PIN code be assigned to one household?

It’s one PIN code or hard copy per household.

Can renters or property tenants participate in the survey?

If you do not receive your County letter containing a unique PIN code and online address to access the survey, please email LeducCountySurvey@leger360.com or call 780-423-0708.
