2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

We want to know what’s important to you, your family and community. Between Feb. 11 and March 27, 2026, we’re asking Leduc County households to participate in the 2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey so we can gain a better understanding of their priorities that contribute to an enhanced quality of life:

• level of satisfaction with County programs and services,
• level of information sharing and communication sources,
• public engagement opportunities; and
• interaction(s) with County employees and/or members of Council.

Survey results are anonymous and help identify and influence project priorities to reinforce the high quality of life people in Leduc County appreciate. This includes the 2027 budget planning cycle and Leduc County Council’s process to develop the next strategic plan.

How to participate:

• Every Leduc County household (homeowners, renters/tenants) will receive an official County letter by mail containing a unique PIN code and website address to access the secure citizen satisfaction survey online.
• Hard copies are available for residents who have limited or no Internet access. Each mailed copy of the survey will include a pre-paid return envelope.
• One PIN code is provided per household.
• Property owners with rentals are asked to provide the necessary information to their tenants. Should any homeowner not receive their letter by Feb. 13, 2026, please email LeducCountySurvey@leger360.com or call 780-423-0708 to obtain your unique PIN code or to have a hard copy mailed to you.

No personal information required; we just want your feedback!

NOTE: Hard copy surveys completed by hand can be submitted by:

1. Using the pre-paid return envelope provided with the mailed, hard copy survey.
2. Scan each page of the completed survey and email it as an attachment to LeducCountySurvey@leger360.com
