ABOUT THE PROJECT

In September 2021, Leduc County proposed to rescind the North Major Area Structure Plan. Details of the proposed bylaw can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

A public hearing on the proposed bylaw was held on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021 at 2 p.m.

OUTCOME OF THE PUBLIC HEARING

Due to an administrative error, an incorrect version of the North Major Area Structure Plan was distributed with the bylaw for public review prior to the public hearing. Council chose not to move forward with second reading of the proposed bylaw. Repealing the North Major Area Structure Plan will be revisited at a later date.
