Leduc County is hosting a public hearing, Aug. 26, 2025, 1:45 p.m., to remove Municipal Reserve (MR) designation from the property legally described as Plan 0724797, Block 1, Lot 11MR Roll 725020 located at 10 23412 Township Road 505 in Rock Crest Estates. This is pursuant to the authority of Leduc County Council as provided in Section 674 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended.
This public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber of the Leduc County Administrative Office, 101-1101 5 St, Nisku AB T9E 2X3, during the regular Council meeting. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person Council agrees to hear from. This hearing provides the public with the opportunity to express their opinions to Council on the use of this property:
Written submissions – must be provided by Aug. 19, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
We encourage any person interested in an in-person/ virtual presentation to pre-register by Aug. 19, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., however, Council will hear from any persons who wishes to speak during the hearing.
