Public hearing
The hearing will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 2 p.m. It will be held in the Council Chamber of the County Centre (101-1101 5 St., Nisku, AB T9E 2X3) during the Regular Council meeting. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person Council agrees to hear from.
In-person/virtual presentation deadline
In-person/virtual presentations: anyone wanting to speak at the public hearing must pre-register by Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 4 p.m. To register as a speaker, complete the form below ‘Register to speak’ or contact the legislative coordinator at legservices@leduc-county.com(External link) or 780-770-9259.
Written submission deadline
Written submissions: comments related to this hearing must be provided by Friday, April 17, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Submissions can be made by completing the form below ‘Submit comments,’ emailing DaveD@leduc-county.com(External link), mailing 101-1101 5 St. Nisku AB T9E 2X3 or fax 780-955-8866.
Written submissions may be made public, subject to Alberta’s Access to Information Act (ATIA).
