ABOUT THE PROJECT
A public hearing on the proposed amendment was held on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2023. The amendment was approved by Council.
On Feb. 14, 2023 a public hearing was held regarding a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw 7-08.The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to amend Section 9.1.3 of the Agricultural District and Section 9.2.3 of the Agricultural/Country Residential Transitional District to remove the Rural Wedding and Agricultural Event Facility land use from the list of Discretionary Use in these two Districts, and to identify existing and approved Rural Wedding and Agricultural Event Facilities as Discretionary Uses.
The amendment was approved by Council at the public hearing on Feb. 14, 2023.
