ABOUT THE PROJECT

Notice of public hearing: Land Use Bylaw 7-08 (amendment TA22-001)

Leduc County proposed to amend Land Use Bylaw 7-08 to amend Section 9.21.4 and 9.21.15 of the Residential Urban 2 District to allow for the provision of the Home-Based Business Type 2 land use as a discretionary use applied only to the hamlet of New Sarepta. A Home-Based Business Type 2 land use provides the flexibility to allow the residents of New Sarepta to propose a home-based business use within the dwelling which may involve client visits.
