Notice of public hearing: Land Use Bylaw amendment - soil movement, stockpiling and grading
Leduc County proposed to update Land Use Bylaw 07-08 to amend section 6.14 and other relevant sections relating to soil movement, stockpiling and grading. The amendments were proposed to strengthen its development standards to ensure soil movement, stockpiling, and grading proposals are a benefit to agricultural lands.
