Leduc County has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw 14-25. The amendment proposes to amend Section 4.6(a) of the Agricultural Prime District to add “IX. Pt. NE 21-50-24-W4” to the list of properties allowed that have “Recreational Vehicle Storage” as a discretionary use. This amendment is necessary to correct the accidental omission of this property from the list when the Land Use Bylaw was updated in 2025.

A public hearing on the proposed amendment will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026 at 1:45 p.m. during the regular Council meeting. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person council agrees to hear from.
