Leduc County has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw 7-08. The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to redistrict this 2.99 ha± (7.39 ac±) parcel of land located in Pt. SE 29-49-23-W4M from the Agricultural (AG) District to the Rural Centre Mixed (RCM) District. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to allow for residential development.

A public hearing on the proposed amendment will be held in the Council Chamber of the County Centre on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2023 at 1:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or by any other person the Council agrees to hear from.
