ABOUT THE PROJECT

Notice of public hearing: Land Use Bylaw 7-08 (amendment LA22-003)

In 2022, Leduc County received an application to amend Land Use Bylaw 7-08. The purpose of the proposed bylaw was to redistrict approximately 5.59 ha± (13.81 ac±) of a land parcel located in Pt.NE 33-48-25-W4M, Lot 1; Plan; 9920552 from the Agricultural (AG) District to the Industrial/Agricultural Resource District (IAR). The purpose of the proposed amendment was to permit the applicant to apply for land uses listed in the IAR District. 

A public hearing on the proposed amendment took place on Sept. 27, 2022 at 2 p.m.

OUTCOME OF PUBLIC HEARING

The amendment was defeated by Council at the public hearing on Sept. 27, 2022.
