In 2021, pursuant to the authority of Leduc County Council as provided with Section 22 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, notice is hereby given to the intention of Council to pass a bylaw to close and sell a portion of undeveloped road allowance.
All that portion of highway in Leduc County, in the province of Alberta, of record in the Land Titles Office for the North Alberta Land Registration District described as follows:
A portion of the Government Road Allowance adjacent to the East of the Southeast (S.E.) Quarter (1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Fifty One (51), Range Three (3), West of the Fifth (5th) Meridian and Northeast (N.E.) Quarter (1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Fifty One (51), Range Three (3), West of the Fifth (5th) Meridian; containing a total of ±2.35 ha. EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS.
A public hearing on the proposed road allowance closure was held on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021 at 1:45 p.m.
A recommendation was presented to Council to provide first reading to Bylaw 16-21: Close and Sell a Portion of Undeveloped Road Allowance on Range 32 east of SE 10-51-3-W5 and NE 3-51-3-W5. Council provided first reading to the bylaw.
