Aug. 4 project update: A public hearing was scheduled to take place on Aug. 25; however, due to pending additional studies the hearing has been cancelled. Leduc County has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw 14-25. The amendment proposes a range of development setback reductions in four land use districts affecting the urban growth area and parts of New Sarepta, including the Residential Urban 1 District (RU1), Residential Urban 2 District (RU2), Residential Urban 3 District (RU3), and Residential Multi Family District (RMF).
