Leduc County has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw 14-25. The amendment proposes a range of development setback reductions in a number of land use districts within the urban growth area, including the Residential Urban 1 District (RU1), Residential Urban 2 District (RU2), Residential Urban 3 District (RU3), and Residential Multi Family District (RMF).
